As I sit here on vacation, intentionally disconnected from social media, I have this sense of a deeper connection to those closest to me. Over the last few days I have been forced to be attentive to the silence. In doing so, I am finding that my mind is full of anxiety.
I am trying to connect with family and friends. Using FaceTime is a game changer. I know I can’t control our situation but I can control how I respond to it. I choose to look for positives in my life and the lives of my kids. AND prayer and I love to read the Psalms. Stay home. Stay well. Love to you all.
