I’m noticing that my stress is at an all time high so I too take walks alone and with my husband since now he’s able to be mobile. Helping him regain his strength gives me peace. I also find myself praying more and becoming closer to God. Although I still struggle I’m finding tools that are helping being in the word has helped tremendously.

Recognizing our shortcomings is good and figuring out how to deal us even better.

I tend to curl up on the couch and go nothing. I tend to eat the wrong stuff.

I’m trying to do at least 2 positive things every day, sewing or reaching out to someone I know is alone. Reading is also a plus. Also praying more fervently throughout the day.
